Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Chicago Marshall). They breezed past the Westinghouse Warriors to the tune of 56-21 on Wednesday. The victory continues a trend for the Commandos in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now won four in a row.

Chicago Marshall's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Janiyah Green, who almost dropped a double-double with 14 points and nine rebounds. Amira Amadji was another key player, putting up nine points.

Chicago Marshall's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Westinghouse, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chicago Marshall will square off against North Lawndale at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Westinghouse, they will challenge Prosser at 4:55 p.m. on Friday.
