Volleyball Recap: Chantilly Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Chantilly and George C. Marshall squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Chantilly had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Statesmen. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Statesmen this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in October.

While Chantilly was not able to win a set, they sure kept things interesting: every set was decided by three points or less. The match finished with set scores of 29-27, 25-22, 25-22.

Chantilly dropped their record down to 9-9 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for George C. Marshall, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-5 record this season.

As of now, neither Chantilly nor George C. Marshall have any future games scheduled.
