For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Tri-Central and Sheridan meet (five straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Thursday. While the 3-3 score might suggest a draw, it was the Trojans who were credited with the win. This was payback for they, who suffered a 2-1 loss the last time these two teams met.

Tri-Central pushed their record up to 6-3 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. As for Sheridan, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Tri-Central will challenge rival Delphi Community at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Sheridan is set to face off against their familiar foe Taylor at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
