Pe Ell put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 62-18 win over the Columbia Adventist Academy Kodiaks. Given the Trojans' advantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 90th, while the Kodiaks are ranked 312th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Pe Ell's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Karli Phelps, who posted 14 points and eight steals. Phelps is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last ten games she's played. Another player making a difference was Emma Kissner, who scored 11 points in addition to eight boards and four steals.

Pe Ell smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 32 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've posted since back in January of 2024.

Pe Ell's win was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 18-0. As for Columbia Adventist Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-13.

Pe Ell didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 55-27 victory against Mary M. Knight on the 14th. As for Columbia Adventist Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 58-43 loss against Oakville on the 10th.
