Scotus is a perfect 9-0 against Schuyler since April of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Shamrocks will venture away from home to challenge the Warriors at 4:30 p.m. Scotus is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 6.4 goals per game this season.

Scotus is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Nebraska's top teams: Pius X, who was ranked third at the time (Scotus was ranked seventh). The Shamrocks fell just short of the Thunderbolts by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday. Having soared to a lofty four goals in the game before, Scotus couldn't push the score so high this time.

Their goal came courtesy of Emma Brezenski, who's now up to 32 this season.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last matchup, Schuyler made sure to put some goals up on the board against Auburn on Monday. They never let the Bulldogs get on the board and left with a 9-0 win. Considering Schuyler's offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Having lost for the first time this season, Scotus fell to 10-1. As for Schuyler, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Scotus took their victory against Schuyler in their previous meeting back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 10-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Shamrocks since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
