The Ducks won by a set and slipped past the Lakers 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Ducks have posted since August 29th.

Meanwhile, Faith Christian came up short against Lake Mary Prep on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Lions have struggled against the Griffins recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Faith Christian was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-19, 25-21.
Cornerstone Charter Academy's victory bumped their record up to 13-10. As for Faith Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-9.
