The Victory Christian Vikings just played last yesterday, but they'll still welcome the Sacramento Waldorf Waves at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Victory Christian comes in on three and Sacramento Waldorf on 16.

Victory Christian is headed into the match after thoroughly thrashing Pine Hills Adventist: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Victory Christian blew Pine Hills Adventist out of the water with a 54-17 final score. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 34-11.

Victory Christian found their leader in sophomore Luke Smith, who posted 26 points. That makes it five consecutive games in which Smith has scored at least a third of Victory Christian's points. Ben Milward was another key player, putting up 11 points.

Meanwhile, Sacramento Waldorf was able to grind out a solid win over Encina on Friday, taking the game 34-25.

Sacramento Waldorf's win came from a few key players Victory Christian will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Ben Cope, who went 5 of 11 en route to 13 points and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Liam Aldwinckle, who put up six points along with eight rebounds and four steals.

Sacramento Waldorf's victory was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 21-2. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 24.3 points per game. As for Victory Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-6 record this season.
