Basketball Preview: Enterprise Hornets vs. Red Bluff Spartans
Enterprise is 9-1 against Red Bluff since May of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Red Bluff). They breezed by Yreka to the tune of 88-46 on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Spartans have posted since December 28, 2023.
Enterprise better keep an eye on Kayden Leaf. He was instrumental in Red Bluff's win, going 7 for 14 on his way to 15 points and three steals. Leaf is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Nick Demchuk, who went 5 of 11 en route to 12 points.
The victory made it two in a row for Red Bluff and bumps their season record up to 12-8. As for Enterprise, their win bumped their record up to an identical 12-8.
