            Baseball Recap: Panguitch Bobcats vs. Piute Thunderbirds        
        
		
        
        
            Panguitch dropped to 11-3 on Wednesday, ending the team's 15-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season. They fell  5-1 to the Piute Thunderbirds. Having soared to a lofty 14  runs in the game before, the Bobcats couldn't push the score so high this time.
As for Piute, the  win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-5. Those  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 11.7 runs over those games.

The Badgers have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 11.82  runs per game on average), something the Thunderbirds will no doubt try to take advantage of.
