Basketball Recap: John Bapst Memorial Takes a Loss

John Bapst Memorial was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 68-58 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Old Town Coyotes. The Crusaders were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Coyotes earlier this season, when they won 63-52.

John Bapst Memorial's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Old Town, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a massive bump to their 8-7 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. John Bapst Memorial will face off against Orono at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Orono will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something John Bapst Memorial surely won't give up without a fight. As for Old Town, they will challenge Hermon at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The timing is sure in Old Town's favor as the squad sits on four straight wins at home while Hermon has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.
