Soccer Recap: Lorain Comes Up Short + How To Watch

After flying high against Oberlin last Thursday, Lorain came back down to earth. The Titans came up short against the Mentor Cardinals on Tuesday, falling 12-1. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Lorain were already down 7-1.

Lorain has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-11-1 record this season. As for Mentor, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-10.

Looking ahead, Lorain will face off against Perrysburg at 7:00 p.m. on the 22nd. Perrysburg's defense has only allowed 0.5 goals per game this season, so Lorain's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Mentor, they will square off against John Marshall at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
