Baseball Recap: Lancaster Catholic Comes Up Short

Lancaster Catholic lost against Pequea Valley back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Crusaders took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Braves. The Crusaders' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Lancaster Catholic saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Seamus Conner, who scored a run while going 3-for-3.

Lancaster Catholic's record now sits at 2-4. As for Pequea Valley, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-5.

Coming up, Lancaster Catholic will challenge Eastern York at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Pequea Valley, they will face off against Tulpehocken at 4:15 p.m. on Friday.
