Volleyball Recap: Edgewood-Colesburg Comes Up Short

Edgewood-Colesburg lost against Independence back in September of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Vikings fell just short of the Mustangs by a score of 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Vikings.

Edgewood-Colesburg's loss dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Independence, their victory bumped their record up to 8-4.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Edgewood-Colesburg is set to square off against their familiar foe North Linn at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Independence will take on rival Marion at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
