Eastern Tech and Catonsville are an even 5-5 against one another since March of 2018, but likely not for long. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field against one another at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Eastern Tech took a eight-run defeat the last time they faced off against Dulaney, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Mavericks skirted past the Lions 5-3. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Mavericks.

Meanwhile, Catonsville entered their tilt with Carver A&T last Thursday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They walked away with a 7-3 win over the Wildcats.

Eastern Tech now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Catonsville, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-3.

Eastern Tech beat Catonsville 8-5 in their previous matchup back in April of 2024. Will the Mavericks repeat their success, or do the Comets have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
