Soccer Recap: Red Creek Comes Up Short

Red Creek was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the East Rochester Bombers, falling 6-1. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Red Creek of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Red Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for East Rochester, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Red Creek will venture away from home to square off against Williamson at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for East Rochester, they will challenge Palmyra-Macedon at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Palmyra-Macedon's last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
