Baseball Recap: Godwin Heights Wolverines vs. Hopkins Vikings
Godwin Heights extended their losing streak to six on Tuesday, dropping them down to 2-13. They came up short against the Hopkins Vikings, falling 20-5. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Vikings this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 19-0 on Tuesday.
As for Hopkins, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 20-8. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.7 runs on average over those games.
