Baseball Recap: Naperville North Huskies vs. Benet Academy Redwings
If Naperville North was riding high fresh off their 12-0 takedown of Metea Valley on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Huskies fell just short of the Benet Academy Redwings by a score of 2-1 on Friday. The Huskies were not able to make up for their loss to the Redwings from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.
Naperville North got a good showing from Brandon Person, who didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched. The dominant performance also gave Person a new career-low in earned runs (zero).
