Basketball Recap: Hatton Takes a Loss

Hatton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were beaten by the Deshler Tigers 77-33. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hornets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 86-62 on January 2nd.

Hatton's record is now 2-20. As for Deshler, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 13-10 record this season.

Hatton will head out on the road to face off against Decatur Heritage Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Decatur Heritage Christian Academy knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Hatton likes a good challenge. As for Deshler, they will be playing at home against Wilson at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
