Basketball Recap: Round Valley Has No Trouble Against Tomales

On Tuesday, the Round Valley Mustangs strolled past the Tomales Braves with points to spare, taking the game 57-42. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Mustangs.

Tomales lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Ryan Murray, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and ten boards. Tomales is 2-1 when Murray posts eight or more rebounds, but 0-3 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Wyatt Cornett, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 12 rebounds.

Round Valley now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Tomales, their record now sits at 2-4.

Round Valley didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 59-49 loss against Maxwell on the 12th. As for Tomales, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 57-31 win against Anderson Valley on the 17th.
