Upsala proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by ten) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the Osakis Silverstreaks 13-12. This was a revenge game for the Cardinals: when they faced off against the Silverstreaks back in April, they had to take a 17-16 defeat.

Upsala's victory bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Osakis, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Upsala will square off against Menahga at 2:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Osakis, they will face off against Royalton at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. The Silverstreaks are facing the Royals at the right time seeing as the Royals are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
