A big part of Rolesville's win came down to the chemistry between Braden Atkinson and his top target AJ Roberts. Atkinson threw for 230 yards and four touchdowns on only 18 passes while Roberts picked up 129 receiving yards and three touchdowns. The dominant performance gave Roberts a new career-high in receiving touchdowns. Amir Brown helped Atkinson out on the ground, rushing for 63 yards and one touchdown on only five carries.

Having lost for the first time this season, Cleveland fell to 13-1. As for Rolesville, the victory (which was their 12th in a row) raised their record to 13-1.

Cleveland does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Rolesville has also already played their next matchup, a 38-31 win against Cardinal Gibbons on the 13th.
