Basketball Game Preview: Malibu Sharks vs. Lakeview Charter Lions

The Malibu Sharks will square off against the Lakeview Charter Lions at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: both posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Malibu came up short against Fillmore on Thursday, falling 90-67. The Sharks have struggled against the Flashes recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lakeview Charter). They enjoyed a cozy 63-47 win over Bert Corona Charter on Wednesday. The victory was nothing new for the Lions as they're now sitting on three straight.

Malibu's loss dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Lakeview Charter, their win bumped their record up to 3-12.
