Softball Recap: Lake Oswego Comes Up Short

Monday just wasn't the day for Lake Oswego's offense. They fell 4-0 to the Tigard Tigers on Monday. The Lakers just can't catch a break and have now endured eight defeats in a row.

Lake Oswego saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sloane Morris, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Lake Oswego's record is now 6-10. As for Tigard, their victory bumped their record up to 8-9.

Looking ahead, Lake Oswego will welcome Lakeridge at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Tigard, they will head out on the road to square off against Oregon City at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Pioneers' pitching crew has only allowed 3.7 runs per game this season, so the Tigers' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
