Havana was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 5-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Illini West Chargers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Ducks of the 11-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Landon Oatman spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered four earned (and one unearned) runs on five hits.
