Basketball Game Preview: Lebanon Tigers vs. Glenbrook South Titans

The Lebanon Tigers will face off against the Glenbrook South Titans at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Lebanon is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 52.2 points per game this season.

Lebanon will bounce into Friday's matchup after beating Mooresville, who they had gone 0-4 against in their four prior meetings. Lebanon walked away with a 41-31 win over Mooresville on Saturday. While the Tigers didn't have the best season last year (they finished 9-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Kaden Lark was his usual excellent self, going 5 of 12 on his way to 15 points and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Jack Ferrell, who posted nine points and six rebounds.

Meanwhile, Glenbrook South wrapped up 2024 with a 52-38 victory over Palatine. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Titans.

Glenbrook South is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.3 points per game. As for Lebanon, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-3.
