Basketball Recap: Summit Christian Academy Triumphs

Summit Christian Academy won against Haskell last Tuesday with 38 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The Summit Christian Academy Eagles came out on top in a nail-biter against the Wesleyan Christian Mustangs, sneaking past 38-35. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Eagles have posted since January 14th.

Summit Christian Academy has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 10-11 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.8 points over those games. As for Wesleyan Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 15-6.

Summit Christian Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 60-20 loss against Porter on the 15th. Wesleyan Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
