Baseball Recap: Lawson Takes a Loss

Lawson suffered their biggest defeat since March 10th on Wednesday. They lost 7-1 to the Chester County Eagles. The Lightning have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lawson saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jack Gwin, who went 2-for-3 with one double.

Lawson's loss dropped their record down to 22-12. As for Chester County, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-9 record this season.

As of now, neither Lawson nor Chester County have any future games scheduled.
