Volleyball Recap: Kennedy Comes Up Short

Kennedy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dwight Morrow Maroon Raiders. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Knights of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

Kennedy's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Dwight Morrow, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kennedy will welcome Wayne Valley at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Dwight Morrow, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Passaic at 4:15 p.m. The Maroon Raiders are facing the Indians at the right time seeing as the Indians are stuck on a five-game losing streak.
