Volleyball Recap: Eureka Takes a Loss

Eureka lost against Neodesha back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Tornadoes took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Blue Streaks.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Neodesha scored at least 17 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-20.

Eureka's loss dropped their record down to 15-19. As for Neodesha, their win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 31-6.

Eureka does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Neodesha, they will take on Collegiate at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Blue Streaks are facing the Spartans at the right time seeing as the Spartans are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
