Basketball Recap: Southridge's Win Ends Six-Game Losing Streak at Home

Southridge won the last time they faced Hanford and things went their way on Saturday too. The Southridge Suns came out on top against the Hanford Falcons by a score of 71-64.

Southridge's win ended a six-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-7. As for Hanford, they are on a 16-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Southridge will host Walla Walla at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Southridge's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three matches. As for Hanford, they will face off against Richland at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Richland will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something Hanford surely won't give up without a fight.
