Volleyball Recap: Antioch Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Antioch challenged Liberty on Tuesday. The Panthers came up short against the Lions, falling 3-0. The loss continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Lions: they've now lost eight in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-10, 25-16.

Antioch's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Liberty, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 19-6.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Antioch is set to challenge their familiar foe Deer Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Liberty will square off against rival Freedom at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
