Basketball Game Preview: XDOT Academy Bison vs. Texas Institute

The XDOT Academy Bison are taking a road trip to take on Texas Institute at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Last Tuesday, XDOT Academy came up short against Hermleigh and fell 56-44.

Meanwhile, Texas Institute entered their tilt with River City Christian on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They strolled past the Warriors with points to spare, taking the game 51-37. Texas Institute pushed the score to 45-17 by the end of the third, a deficit River City Christian cut but never quite recovered from.

Texas Institute's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-3. As for XDOT Academy, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.
