Christ School had won five straight games and Zymicah Wilkins did his part to make it six on Thursday. The Christ School Greenies skirted past the SoCal Academy Bears 62-60 for which the team can thank Wilkins, who shot 41% from the field on his way to 19 points in addition to eight boards and three steals. His big performance that afternoon made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 19 points.
Dacen Petty was another key player, putting up nine points and five rebounds. He is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 40% in the last seven games he's played.
Christ School's win bumped their record up to 27-2. As for SoCal Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 6-6.
