Volleyball Recap: Udall Snaps Ten-Game Streak of Losses at Home

Udall lost to South Haven back in September of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Eagles came out on top against the Cardinals by a score of 2-0.

Udall easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-20.

Liberty Mason paced Udall's offense, picking up seven kills. Mason got some help from Brilee Pellegrini and her 14 assists. Mason also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Lilly Hoffman, racking up two apiece.

Udall's win ended a ten-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 4-10. As for South Haven, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-10 record this season.

Udall will challenge Argonia at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for South Haven, they are taking a road trip to square off against Dexter on Tuesday.
