Volleyball Recap: Yerington Find Success

Yerington won the last time they faced Silver Stage and things went their way on Saturday too. The Lions came out on top against the Nighthawks by a score of 2-0.

Yerington's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Silver Stage, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Yerington and Coral Academy of Science - Reno will shake off the rust and duke it out at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. This will be the Lions' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Silver Stage, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Battle Mountain at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The game will also give the Nighthawks their first taste of in-conference action this season.
