Ridgefield Park put another one in the bag  on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the Fort Lee Bridgemen with a sharp  9-2 victory. The result was nothing new for the Scarlets, who have now won three contests by seven  runs or more  so far this season.
 Gabriella Rivera spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered  just two earned runs on five hits and racked up seven Ks. Those  hits were  her first of the season.
 On the hitting side, Ridgefield Park got a big performance out of  Ivana Capurso, who  scored two  runs while going 1-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of  Riley Fucci, who  went 1-for-3 with one  home run.
Ridgefield Park's win was  their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 4-0. Those  home  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 14.3 runs this season. As for Fort Lee, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.
 Coming up, Ridgefield Park will be playing in front of their home fans against Cliffside Park  at 4:15  p.m.  on Wednesday. As for Fort Lee, they will head out on the road to  square off against  Bergenfield  at 4:15  p.m.  on Tuesday.
