Volleyball Recap: Brownstown/St. Elmo Takes a Loss

Brownstown/St. Elmo lost against Altamont last Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Eagles fell just short of the Indians by a score of 2-1. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Peyton Barker paced Brownstown/St. Elmo's offense, picking up ten kills. Barker got some help from Addie Sasse and her 17 assists.

Brownstown/St. Elmo's defeat dropped their record down to 15-12. As for Altamont, their victory bumped their record up to 12-15-2.

Coming up, Brownstown/St. Elmo will take on Martinsville at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Altamont, they will face off against Christ Our Rock Lutheran at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
