League recap: Palisades scores huge upset over Northern Lehigh

The biggest upset of the week belonged to Palisades, who took down 79th ranked Northern Lehigh, 31-12. Jesse Snyder ran for 121 yards and caught three passes for 45 yards in the win.

Saucon Valley's Nick Savant rumbled for the longest rushing play in Colonial this season in his game against Palmerton last week. Savant ran for 67 yards on the play and finished with 180 on the day as his team bested the Blue Bombers.

Wilson Area's dynamic duo of Ryan Dailey and Zack Bogoly proved tough for Pen Argyl to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Dailey threw for 228 yards and two touchdowns and Bogoly had 154 yards receiving. Nick Labatch helped Wilson Area's passing attack out by catching two balls for 54 yards.

The Warriors' Dailey and Bogoly have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Dailey has thrown for 565 yards this season, while Bogoly, a 6-foot-2 receiver, has 22 catches for 426 yards. Philip Vass from Bangor leads the league in rushing with 680 yards.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when the Green Knights take on Southern Lehigh. Pen Argyl is in first place, while the Spartans are in eighth place.

Dailey and Bogoly provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Paul Reduzzi's team. The longest such play in Colonial this season, the connection resulted in 83 yards.
