Basketball Recap: Allen East Takes a Loss

Allen East was the 58-47 winner over Fort Jennings when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Allen East Mustangs took a 49-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Fort Jennings Musketeers. The Mustangs' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it four in a row.

Allen East's loss dropped their record down to 10-12. As for Fort Jennings, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-6.

Looking ahead, Allen East will venture away from home to take on Marion Local at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Fort Jennings, they will take on Pandora-Gilboa at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Fort Jennings is facing Pandora-Gilboa at the right time seeing as Pandora-Gilboa is stuck on a six-game losing streak.
