Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bishop Brady). Everything went their way against the Hopkinton Hawks on Wednesday as they made off with a 16-5 win. The Giants might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by seven runs or more this season.

The victory (which was Bishop Brady's third in a row) raised their record to 6-1. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.7 runs over those games. As for Hopkinton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-6.

Coming up, Bishop Brady will be playing at home against Campbell at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hopkinton, they will take on Derryfield at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Cougars' pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so the Hawks' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
