Baseball Game Preview: Poston Butte Broncos vs. ALA - Queen Creek Patriots

For the second straight game, Poston Butte will face off against ALA - Queen Creek. The Broncos will head out to challenge the Patriots at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday.

Last Tuesday, Poston Butte didn't have quite enough to beat ALA - Queen Creek and fell 5-4.

At the plate, Cordd Baker made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and fired off two home runs, three runs, and three RBI while going 4-for-4. He has become a key player for Poston Butte: the team is 2-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 5-13 otherwise. Ricky Aguilar also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.
