Basketball Recap: Kamiakin Takes a Loss

Kamiakin and Mead squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Kamiakin had to settle for second. They fell 62-55 to the Mead Panthers.

Kamiakin's loss dropped their record down to 17-5. As for Mead, they have been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 13 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 15-6 record this season.

Kamiakin does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mead, they will face off against Chiawana at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Chiawana sitting on 21 straight victories and Mead on three.
