Softball Game Preview: Syracuse Titans vs. Roy Royals

The Syracuse Titans will face off against the Roy Royals at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses apiece.

On Friday, Syracuse came up short against Davis and fell 10-5.

Eryn Hamblin was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI and one double. Another player making a difference was Paizlee Prathan, who went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases and two runs.

Meanwhile, Roy didn't have quite enough to beat Morgan on Friday and fell 6-5.

Syracuse's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Roy, their loss dropped their record down to 4-8.

Syracuse got the 'W' in their previous meeting back in April of 2025 against Roy by a conclusive 23-4 score. Will the Titans repeat their success, or do the Royals have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
