After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Roosevelt, Centennial was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out the Corona Panthers 9-8. The win continues a trend for the Huskies in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won four in a row.

Centennial's victory bumped their record up to 13-11. As for Corona, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-11 record this season.

Centennial will square off against King at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Corona, they will face off against Roosevelt at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Mustangs will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something the Panthers surely won't give up without a fight.
