Softball Recap: Parkwood Comes Up Short

Parkwood and Crest squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Parkwood had to settle for second. They came up short against the Chargers, falling 11-0. Having soared to a lofty 12 runs in the game before, the Wolf Pack's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Parkwood saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Amanda Leibowitz, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one double.

Parkwood's loss dropped their record down to 12-12. As for Crest, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 22-3.

As of now, neither Parkwood nor the Chargers have any future games scheduled.
