Softball Recap: Goliad Takes a Loss

Saturday just wasn't the day for Goliad's offense. They lost 7-0 to Tidehaven on Saturday. Goliad has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Goliad's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Tidehaven, the victory got them back to even at 8-8.

Coming up, Goliad will be playing in front of their home fans against Ingleside at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Ingleside's pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so Goliad's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Tidehaven, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 5-0 win against Sacred Heart on the 1st.
