Soccer Recap: M.L. King Comes Up Short on the Road Against Forest Park

M.L. King had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They lost 11-1 to the Forest Park Panthers on Friday. If the Lions were looking for revenge after losing 1-0 to the Panthers when the teams met back in April of 2019, then they'll just have to keep looking.

With the victory, Forest Park broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-4.

Coming up, M.L. King will challenge Mays at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Forest Park, they will venture away from home to take on Midtown at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be Midtown's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
