Volleyball Recap: San Luis Comes Up Short

San Luis was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 15th straight loss dating back to last season. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Yuma Criminals. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Criminals this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in September.

San Luis' defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Yuma, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-8 record this season.

San Luis will head out on the road to take on Somerton at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Yuma, they will be playing in front of their home fans against San Pasqual Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
