Volleyball Recap: Franklin Heights Takes a Loss

Franklin Heights lost against Buckeye Valley back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Falcons came up short against the Barons, falling 3-0. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-5, 25-10.

Despite the loss, Franklin Heights still got an impressive performance from Madison Jarrell, who had 16 digs. Jarrell has been hot, having posted 11 or more digs the last seven times she's played.

Franklin Heights' loss dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Buckeye Valley, they pushed their record up to 18-3 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Franklin Heights will square off against Briggs at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Buckeye Valley, they will take on Whitehall-Yearling at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
