Volleyball Recap: Burns Sci-Tech Comes Up Short

Burns Sci-Tech had lost four straight on the road, but on Tuesday they dropped down to 6-11 to make it five. They lost 3-0 to the Deltona Wolves. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Eagles have suffered since September 8th.

As for Deltona, their win bumped their record up to 8-16. They not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 16th (when they won 3-0).

Deltona had a senior duo take command as Kenadie Suarez had 18 digs and two aces and Jenah Redmond had 21 assists and eight digs. Suarez has been hot for a while, having posted 12 or more digs the last 18 times she's played.

Burns Sci-Tech has already played their next contest (against Halifax Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Deltona, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against University on the 9th.
